Through exploration of your social and personal experiences, I will guide you through a process of self-discovery to gain insight into your psychological functioning. As every individual is unique and has different needs, I tailor therapy to the needs of each individual using various methods and approaches like psychodynamic and short-term psychodynamic therapy, humanistic, existential, family systems and cognitive behavioural therapy where appropriate. I follow and uphold strict guidelines of confidentiality.

I can support you to overcome, heal from and/or manage various concerns including:
